118 Prospect is a ground up multi-family Passive House project located in Somerville, MA.  The building has 29 units and will achieve Passive House and LEED Gold Certification.  The building has common amenities for entertainment and gathering, as well as an expansive roof deck with sweeping views to Boston and beyond.  The building is clad in a mix of phenolic resin panels, corrugated aluminum, and ACM panes.
