This lobby renovation transformed a drab industrial building into a re-branded entry targeting artists, architects, developers, and high tech companies for future tenants.  Set in the context of a barren industrial neighborhood, this highly visible lobby announced to the neighborhood that the formerly unoccupied spaces were getting new life. Project by Campanella and Associates, role of Project Manager.

On the second floor elevator entrance, the Montreal renowned graffiti artist, Stikki Peaches got stikki.
