About This Project

Facade Renovation — Life Sciences

At 41 Seyon Street in Waltham, a metamorphosis has taken place. What was once a mundane painted EIFS facade has been reborn into an expanse of glass openings, juxtaposed with bespoke gradient terracotta panels.

The introduction of highly reflective glass serves as a living canvas, mirroring the mature and new landscape that embraces the building. The once imposing and monolithic stair tower has undergone a stunning rejuvenation, now adorned in spandrel glass, inviting the play of light and the dance of sky reflections.

A visual narrative unfolds through the terracotta panels, transitioning from a light base to a commanding dark top. These custom panels traverse the entire facade, infusing the edifice with an organic sense of movement and depth.
